Q: Are the GOOLOO 100W solar panel waterproof? (Zijn de GOOLOO 100W zonnepanelen waterdicht?)
A: Yes. The solar panel surface is IPX4 waterproof. But do not recommend to use in the rain or fall into the water. (Ja. Het oppervlak van het zonnepaneel is IPX4 waterdicht. Maar het wordt niet aanbevolen om het in de regen te gebruiken of in het water te laten vallen.)

Q: If my USB device needs an input current of 1A, will the 2A output of the solar panel damage it? (Als mijn USB-apparaat een ingangsstroom van 1A nodig heeft, zal de 2A-uitgang van het zonnepaneel het dan beschadigen?)
A: No. This solar panel has intelligent charging, detecting the needs of your device, and delivering exactly what it needs. If your phone accepts 1A, the charger will deliver 1A. (Nee. Dit zonnepaneel heeft intelligent opladen, detecteert de behoeften van uw apparaat en levert precies wat het nodig heeft. Als uw telefoon 1A accepteert, levert de oplader 1A.)

Q: What if the foldable solar panel is not charging my devices? (Wat als het opvouwbare zonnepaneel mijn apparaten niet oplaadt?)

A:

1. Check the manual of your device to ensure the input voltage is 18V. (Controleer de handleiding van uw apparaat om er zeker van te zijn dat de ingangsspanning 18V is.)
2. Cloudy weather and indirect sunlight may cause fluctuations in the current so that it may hinder or prevent charging. Place the charger in direct sunlight or wait for the weather to clear. (Bewolkt weer en indirect zonlicht kunnen schommelingen in de stroom veroorzaken, waardoor het opladen kan worden gehinderd of voorkomen. Plaats de oplader in direct zonlicht of wacht tot het weer opklaart.)
3. Wipe the panels clean with a damp cloth between usages to prevent scratching. (Veeg de panelen tussen gebruik schoon met een vochtige doek om krassen te voorkomen.)
4. Avoid exposure to fire, water, and chemical liquid. (Vermijd blootstelling aan vuur, water en chemische vloeistoffen.)

Q: If it is partly cloudy or shady will the solar panel still work? (Als het gedeeltelijk bewolkt of schaduwrijk is, werkt het zonnepaneel dan nog steeds?)
A: Yes, however, the charging efficiency will be low causing prolonged charging time. (Ja, maar de laadefficiëntie zal laag zijn, wat een langere laadtijd veroorzaakt.)

• Do not bend the solar panel ( the angle is more than 30 ⁰ ), or it will be broken. (Buig het zonnepaneel niet (de hoek is meer dan 30 ⁰ ), anders gaat het kapot.)
• The solar panel is IPX4 water-resistant. Avoid falling into water or used in the rain. (Het zonnepaneel is IPX4 waterbestendig. Vermijd dat het in het water valt of in de regen wordt gebruikt.)
• Do not clean the solar panel with water. Please use the wet cloth to scrub it gently. (Reinig het zonnepaneel niet met water. Gebruik een natte doek om het voorzichtig schoon te vegen.)
• Do not use or store the solar panel near the heat sources like a fire or heater. (Gebruik of bewaar het zonnepaneel niet in de buurt van warmtebronnen zoals een vuur of kachel.)
• Do not pierce the solar panel casing with a nail or other sharp object, break it open with a hammer, or step on it. (Doorboor de behuizing van het zonnepaneel niet met een spijker of ander scherp voorwerp, breek hem niet open met een hamer en ga er niet op staan.)
• Do not disassemble the solar panel. (Demonteer het zonnepaneel niet.)
• This product cant contact strong corrosives objects. (Dit product mag niet in contact komen met sterke corrosieve objecten.)
