Dry the interior of the appliance. Do not switch on the appliance until the door seals are
completely dry. Start the appliance at the lowest temperature setting. After 24 hours, set the
thermostat to the normal temperature.

Clean the exterior with a soft cloth.
•
Regularly clean the vents on the back of the appliance with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.
When you are not going to use the appliance for a longer period then switch it off with
the appropriate key and disconnect it from the mains. Empty, defrost and clean the
appliance, and leave the door ajar.
Cleaning the water and ice dispenser
Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains socket before you start
cleaning the water and ice dispenser.
If you use the water and ice dispenser regularly, you should empty the drip tray with a dry
cloth.
