Caution
Do not use water above 45 ℃ to wash the indoor unit because
this can cause it to lose its shape or colour.
Do not use thinner, polishing powder, chemical detergents or
solvents, benzene and other volatile chemicals.
Do not use liquid detergents or corrosive products.
Do not splash water or other liquid onto the unit.
Do not spray inside to prevent damage and electric shocks.
1. Turn off the air conditioner and unplug the power cable.
2. Clean the indoor unit using cloths that are dry or dampened with warm
water.
In order to ensure the best performance, it is recommended to clean the
air filter at least once a month.
1. Switch off the air conditioner.
2. Lift up the front cover on the indoor unit until it locks.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Use a vacuum cleaner or running water to clean the filter. If the filter is
very dirty, wash it with soft detergent and hot water (below 45 °C).
5. Dry the filter.
Caution
Do not use direct sunlight.
6. Install the filter back in the unit.
Important
Ensure it is securely fastened.
7. Lower the front cover of the indoor unit until it locks into place.
Important
Only use alkaline batteries and no rechargeable batteries.
Warning
The batteries should be disposed of properly, in compliance with
local regulations.
1. Open the sliding cover on the back in the direction of the arrow.
2. Insert two new batteries (AAA), observing the polarity (+/-).
3. Put the cover back on.
If a problem or failure occurs, locate the fault in the following table and
check the potential correction. If you are unable to solve it yourself,
contact an authorised service mechanic.
Important
If the problem persists even after these checks or if you detect a
burning smell, stop operation immediately, turn off the electrical
circuit and consult authorised service personnel.
