Conveying Medium:
•
The temperature of the pumped medium may range
from 1°C to 40°C.
•
In the case of non-explosion-proof submersible mo-
tor pumps, up to 60°C are permitted in the conveying
medium for a short period.
•
The salt concentration in the pumped medium may
be a maximum of 3.5% at up to 1°C to 15°C medi-
um temperature. At 16°C - 20°C a maximum of 1% is
permissible.
•
The maximum density of the medium is 1040 kg/m³.
The solid content depends mainly on the impeller
type and is mentioned in chapter 3.3.
•
The pH may be from 5 – 14. However, the pH alo-
ne only serves as a guideline. In any case, alongs-
ide the composition of the medium, the dura-
bility of the pump must be requested from the
manufacturer. Depending on the composition, it
may be necessary to use special sealing materials.
3.2. Types of Application
•
Pumps CH413... are designed for 40% S3 intermit-
tent operation.
•
Pumps CH43... are designed for continuous opera-
tion mode S1 with a switching frequency of 20 cir-
cuits/hour.
•
Intermittent operation S3 40% is necessary for the
use with emerged motor.
3.3. Construction
The submersible aggregate consists of the motor, the
pump casing and the suitable impeller. All important parts
are of generous dimension.
