Warranty
The product warranty is pursuant to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.The warranty period starts on the day
the product was purchased.
Warranty handling
A defective product must be returned to the place of purchase along with a valid receipt. If the product
becomes defective during the warranty period, the product must be returned to the place of purchase.
Warranty disclaimer
Damage or defects resulting from neglect or improper use of the product is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover force majeure such as lightning, flood, fire or damage occurred during
transport. Warranty cover will be void, if the product's serial number has been changed, if any modifications
have been made or if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place the heater on a firm, level ceiling surface.
2.
The hook on the ceiling hanging the patio heater must be able to undertake a weight 3 or 4 times that of
the patio heater itself.
3.
The distance between the bottoms of the Patio Heater to the Floor must be over 1.8 meter.
4.
Plug the Patio Heater into a grounded 230V ~ 50Hz power outlet.
5.
Pull the string once to turn on the heater. Pull the string again to turn it off. For models with 2 tubes - pull
once to turn on tube 1, 2 times to turn on tube 2. Pull the cord again to turn off.
6.
Only operate the heater when it is in hanging position.
