energised along with the fan to ensure even
cooking. Use the upper shelves of the oven.
Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to stop
food sticking and place food in the centre of
the grid. Always place a tray beneath the
food to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is
recommended that you preheat the oven for
about 10 minutes.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door
must be closed and the oven
temperature should be adjusted to
190°C.

unit
The Monochrome Control Unit consists of
a 4.3 inch monochrome LCD screen with 6
different touch buttons. The function of the
touch buttons is described below.

The Monochrome Control Unit is designed
to help users to use professional recipes
easily using the built-in cooking functions.
The Monochrome Control Unit menus, such
as manual or automatic cooking and their
settings, are described below.
Manual cooking
You can adjust cooking settings using
manual cooking, including the 7 different
cooking functions, the temperature, the
boost function, the cooking duration, and
the cooking end time. Follow the steps
listed below to navigate the Manual
Cooking menu.

Use the UP and DOWN buttons to
navigate the main menu.

Press the OK button to select "Manual
Cooking" when it appears on the screen.
To change any settings, navigate to
the desired function using the UP and
DOWN buttons. Then, select the setting
by pressing the OK button, the selected
function will blink. While it is blinking, use
