8. Troubleshooting
Problem
Sand, glass media or filter balls contaminated with dirt.
Pump sucks in air (bubbles at pool inlet).
Simmer or pump does not get enough water.
Skimmer basket contaminated.
Prefilter basket of the filter pump contaminated.
Solution
Backwash (cleaning of the filter)
Check for defective hoses, tighten hose clamps.
Check water level and increase if necessary, check the inlet for dirt
accumulation.
Clean the skimmer basket.
Clean the prefilter basket.
