Operating Your Zeon Endeavour MD Headlight
Charging the Battery Pack
Your Zeon Endeavour MD purchase comes with 1 or 2 battery packs. Battery packs are partially charged when
shipped and should be fully charged prior to use. To charge the battery pack, plug the power adapter into an elec-
trical outlet and into the charger connection port of the battery pack. The battery pack is capable of powering
the headlight while charging.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR LIGHT
• Illuminates when the battery charge is low and the headlight is turned on.
• Blinks when the battery charge is low and the headlight is turned off.
CHARGING INDICATOR LIGHT
• Illuminates while the battery pack is charging.
• Turns off when the battery pack is fully charged.
Operating the Battery Pack
1. Plug the headlight cable into the top of the headlight and into the headlight connection port of the battery
pack.
2. Press the control button to turn the headlight on. Press and hold the control button for 1 second to turn
the headlight off.
3. Once the headlight is on, press the control button to change the brightness. With each press, the bright-
ness increases until the highest setting is reached and then returns to the lowest setting.
4. During use, the battery pack can be clipped to your belt or secured in your pocket. The cable has a gown clip
attachment so it can be secured to your clothing to keep it out of the workng area.
5. Place your eyewear and headlight on your head and adjust to a comfortable working position. Turn the headlight
on and tilt it to the appropriate angle to illuminate your visual field.
Do not point the headlight directly in your eyes or the eyes of others around you.
When using or storing the unit, never bend or wrap the headlight cable tightly.
Doing so could damage the cable.
