The quick menu function allows you to rapidly select the most
suitable cooking modes for the type of dish you want to cook.

Pre-heating phase
While the oven is in pre-heating phase, the instantaneous
temperature is displayed underneath the cooking mode
icon.
TRUE CONVECTION

Just as soon as the set temperature is reached, an acoustic
signal is heard and the instantaneous temperature indication
disappears.

Eco
This mode is intended to save energy.
Ideal for frozen or precooked food, and small portions-
meals. The preheat time is very short and cooking tends to
be slower. It is not recommended for heavy loads e.g. large
portions or big meal preparation.
