Glossary
Explosive atmosphere
A mixture of air, under atmospheric conditions, with flammable sub-
stances in the form of gases, vapours, mists or dusts in which, after igni-
tion has occurred, combustion spreads to the entire unburned mixture.
Reference level
The level at which persons will normally stand during the use of this fan.
The reference level is not necessarily the ground or floor.
Skilled person
Individual with relevant technical education, training or experience to en-
able perceiving risks and avoiding hazards occurring during use of a
product.
