B. How to convert the unit of measurement system:
Press the key located under the scale to convert the unit system: European (g/ml) or Anglo-saxon (lb:oz / fl'oz)
units.
C. How to use:
1. Turn on the scale: it activates with a simple press on the « ZERO - ON/OFF » key. The screen displays "0g".
2. Press the « MODE » key to scroll into the various modes: « Weight », « Water volume » or « Milk volume ».
3. Add your pet's food into the bowl; the weight is displayed on the screen.
4. To reset the scale to zero at any time, press the « ZERO - ON/OFF » key.
5. How to deactivate the scale:
- Press the « ZERO - ON/OFF » key when the screen indicates « 0g » to deactivate the scale.
- If the screen indicates a weight or a negative value: press the « ZERO - ON/OFF » key, wait for the display to
indicate « 0g » and press a second time to deactivate the scale.
- The scale turns off automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity.
Advice: to know what amount of food is appropriate for your pet, please refer to the food manufacturer's
recommendations or ask your veterinarian.
C. Specific displays:
1. When the screen displays « Lo », insert new batteries, all from the same brand. Pay attention to polarity.
2. The screen displays « Err » (Error) when the scale is in excess load (Max = 5kg / 11lb)
A. Troubleshooting
Should your product stop working or develop a fault, first read this user's guide over, then check the batteries
and replace them if necessary, and retry. Also, check that you are using the product correctly.

Depending on the extent of the malfunction, you may have to return your product for service and repair.
For all repairs, please supply the following:

If you omit one of these items, the After Sales Service will have to charge you for any repair costs incurred.
B. Warranty
NUM'AXES guarantees the products against all manufacturing defects for one year after purchase.
All postage and packing charges will be the purchaser's sole responsibility.
C. Warranty conditions
1.
The warranty will be effective only with a proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover the following:
battery replacement,
direct or indirect problems incurred when sending the product back to the distributor or to
NUM'AXES,
damage to the product caused by:

negligence or incorrect use (ex: bites, breakage, cracking),

misuse from not following directions

repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
loss or theft.
If the product is found to be defective, NUM'AXES will either decide to repair or to replace it.

No claim may be brought against NUM'AXES, particularly in relation to incorrect use or breakdown.

NUM'AXES reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its products with a view to making technical

improvements or to complying with new regulations.
