4. Operation, cleaning and care
Switching on and off:
Press the On/Off switch to
switch off the clippers
(Fig. 1). The shearing
speed is modified by
pressing the plus or minus
button.
The LED display shows the
remaining battery capacity
in % (Fig. 2). An inade-
quate battery capacity is indicated by a red control light.
This clipper can be used via its cable as well as without its cable. Connect the power pack to the device socket
located on the bottom of the device. Connect the USB plug to the socket adapter, then to the power (Fig. 3).
Alternatively, the charging tray with USB cable and socket adapter can be used (Fig. 4).
Cutting height adjustment:
The clippers have a 4-stage cutting height adjustment (1.0 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 mm).
The cutting height can be modified by pressing the sliding switch while simultaneously pressing the unlocking
button (Fig. 5).
Using the comb accessory:
Make sure that the clipper is switched off when installing and removing the comb. Four combs are
available (3, 6, 9, 12 mm) for different cutting lengths. Place the comb onto the clipping head, making
sure that it engages on the side (fig. 6).
Clean and oil the device on a regular basis to ensure the problem-free function and full functional
performance of the clippers.
