Cleaning the pump is essential for the longevity of fountain
You have to examine and clean the water pump when the flow of water is reduced. Use a brush to
clean the dust and the pets fur after opening the water pump according to procedure (1 to 3)
The fountain MUST be unplugged

Always unplug fountain from power supply before cleaning

Clean filter with water only

Do not use hot water, alcohol or organic solvents to clean the fountain. Use only tap water

Check the water level daily . Never operate the pump unless it is completely submerged in
water as this could damage the pump

To avoid electric shock please do not allow pets or small children to chew on power cord.

Always place the fountain on a flat level surface to avoid overturning.
