Short Description
The home trainer has a control area with buttons and a
display.
Short Instructions
The four buttons are briefly explained in the following.
Their use is described in more detail in the individual
chapters. In these descriptions, the function buttons are
also given the same names.
Minus – / Plus +
With these function buttons, values are changed before
training in different inputs:
longer pressing > faster run-through of values
"Minus" and "Plus" pressed together:
value input jumps to OFF
SET
Inputs are called up with this function button.
The adjusted data is adopted.
Long pressing > deletion of the display (reset)
RECOVERY
The recovery function is started with this function button.
Pulse Measurement
Pulse can be measured via 3 different sources:
1. ear clip –
The plug is stuck in the socket;
2. Hand pulse
The connection is located on the rear of the display; 3.
