POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket.

WARRANTY
The warranty provider and authorized service provider is AD Vita d.o.o., Tovarniška 7b, 3210 Slovenske
Konjice, Slovenia, assumes the responsibility that the product will work flawlessly during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, which begins with the delivery of the product, we will repair all imperfections
and defects on the product that would occur as a result of normal use of the product. Warranty is voided
when the product was tampered with by person not authorized by the issuer of the warranty card or that the
non-original parts were used for repair. If the product is not repaired within 45 days of receiving the service
request, the warranty provider will replace it with a new, identical, and flawless product free of charge. The
warranty period will be extended for the number of days the repair took.
The warranty does not cover:
1. mechanical damage and defects due to incorrect use and/or maintenance of the product.
2. damage caused by force majeure.
3. consumables.
The warranty is valid in the country in which the purchase was made and is enforced at the place where
the purchase was made or from an authorized reseller for this market, which is specified in the product
declaration on the packaging. The invoice for the product is a mandatory attachment to the warranty when
it is claimed.
The warranty does not exclude the consumer's rights arising from the seller's liability for defects in the
supplied goods. The warranty period lasts 24 months. The importer for individual markets is responsible the
product repair.
The consumer claims the warranty at the point of sale where he bought the goods or at another point of
sale of the seller in the same territory of the country where he made the purchase. The consumer signs the
complaint form at the point of sale and hands it to the seller. After receiving the complaint, the guarantor will
contact him within 5 working days.

The time of guaranteed servicing and provision of spare parts is 3 years from the expiry of the warranty
period.
