Functional test
Functional test shredder-mix pump
Make sure that the shut-off valve for the pump valve is opened (completely pulled out and secured).
During manual operation (6) only the pump starts on the control unit (see the separate instructions 016-271 Connect 400
V Mono control unit for grease separators).
Pump starts up.

Check the following points:
Pump is running without interference noises and interruption-free.
Pump is running in the correct direction (direction of arrow on the pump).
Control unit does not indicate a fault (no flashing LED 1-3 (see the separate instructions 016-271 Connect 400 V Mono
control unit for grease separators)).
If these points are correct, the system is ready for commissioning and/or general inspection. If problems occur, proceed in
accordance with the "Maintenance" chapter.
Manual operation ends automatically or by pressing the button 6 again.
Tightness of the pipe connections
Before commissioning, a leak test must be performed on all on-site connections. The pre-assembled connections have
undergone a leak test at the factory and only need to be tested again if the connections have been dismantled e.g. for easier
installation.
