2) Insert the desired attachment into the socket 0 and press it as far as it will
go (Fig. 1):
3) To change the attachment, carefully pull it out of the socket 0 horizontally,
turning it slightly if necessary.

Do not apply the attachments directly to a bone, only to muscle tissue.
Examples of application on arms (fig. 2), thighs (fig. 3), sole of the foot (fig. 4),
Achilles tendon (fig. 5) and neck (fig. 6).
