Operating the cover plates
At least one of the two cover plates must be removed
before commissioning.
If only the front cooking areas are used, it is enough if
the front cover plate is removed. The same applies to
the rear cooking areas as well.
Both the cover plates must be removed during
simultaneous operation of the/a front and rear cooking
area.
The removed cover plate can be put aside or even
placed vertically in the lateral position.
