12. Troubleshooting
If the equipment is operated properly you should experience no problems with malfunctions or faults.
In the event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer
services.

Possible cause
Connect the power plug
Turn on the main switch
Press the "Power" button
Adjust the heat output
Increase the temperature
Change the selected time
Replace the battery
Reduce the distance to the heater
Reduce the sunlight (provide shading)
