FROM STMICROELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL N.V, SWISS BRANCH AND/OR ITS
AFFILIATED COMPANIES (STMICROELECTRONICS), THE RECIPIENT, ON BEHALF
OF HIMSELF OR HERSELF, OR ON BEHALF OF ANY ENTITY BY WHICH SUCH RECI-
