Packet headers are divided into transmit and
feedback packet headers.
Input packet header is fixed as: 0x57 0x01
Return packet header is fixed as: 0x31 0x01
The default value is 0x00, which is used to
distinguish different devices in multi-computer
communication.
If the value is 0000, it means that the instruction is
a setup instruction.
A value of 0001 indicates that the command is a
get status command.
A value of 0010 indicates that the instruction is
decoded data.
A value of 0000 indicates the correct action of the
command.
A value of 0001 indicates an error action for this
command.
Data length = length of "data" + length of "CRC16
checksum".
When the data length is 0 byte, the segment does
not need to be filled.
CRC16 checksum is performed on all data except
CRC16 checksum.
