In the middle of the display a 400 meter / 0.25 mile running track is displayed. According
to your distance, segments around the track will light up visualising your position on this
track.
First use
Set the on / off switch on the back of the treadmills motor cover to "I". Then place the
safety key into the provided slot at the front of the computer and attach the clip on the
other end to your clothes.
Now you are able to setup you user profile by entering personal information; gender,
age, weight and height. These settings are used for calculating your maximum heart rate
needed for the heart rate controlled programs and for the body fat test.
1. Set your gender (Male or Female) by pressing the INCLINE pq or SPEED - + keys.
Confirm with the ENTER key.
2. Set your age by pressing the INCLINE pq or SPEED - + keys. Confirm with the
ENTER key.

The current incline level.
The elapsed or remaining distance.
The elapsed or remaining time.
You heart rate in Beats Per Minute (BPM) measured by the
hand pulse sensors or by an optional Flow Fitness Bleutooth
Chest Belt.
An indication of the burned calories.
Current speed in KPH.
