USING THE MICROWAVE SETTING
Use the following table as guideline for defrosting frozen dishes with a temperature of
approximately -18 to -20 °C.
Frozen dishes should be defrosted at the defrosting power (180 W) .
Put the dish on the ceramic baking tray and slide it on to level 1 in the microwave .

Instructions
Put the meat on a ceramic plate .
Wrap thinner edges in aluminium foil .
Turn the food over halfway through the
defrosting time .
Put chicken pieces skin down and
whole chickens with the breast down
on a ceramic plate . Wrap thinner
pieces such as the wings and ends
in aluminium foil . Turn the food over
halfway through the defrosting time .
Put frozen fish in the middle of a
ceramic plate . Put thinner pieces
under the thicker pieces . Wrap the
narrow ends of the fillets and the tail
of the whole fish in aluminium foil .
Turn the food over halfway through the
defrosting time .
Distribute the fruit on a large, flat,
round glass dish .
Put bread rolls in a circle or place the
bread horizontally on kitchen paper on
the ceramic baking tray . Turn the food
over halfway through the defrosting
time .
