The W'eau W530 unit is supplied already wired internally and complete with:
● pH electrode with 2.5 m cable and BNC connector
● ORP electrode with platinum sensor, 2.5 m cable, and BNC connector
● Two PVC electrode-holders with DN50 clamps for direct in-line installation of
electrodes
● pH and ORP calibration solutions, 90 ml bottles (pH4, pH7, and 220 mV)
● Two standard kits for peristaltic pump including:
● Foot filter and injection valve with ½" connections
● PVC Crystal 4x6 tube for suction line, 2 meters
● Semi-rigid PE 4x6 tube for injection line, 2 meters
● Screws and stoppers for wall installation
● Instruction manual
Introduction
W'eau W530 is a compact system easy to install (wall) and maintain, which allows
monitoring and controlling the pH and ORP potential levels in swimming pools. The
W530 system includes a digital controller, which operates according to the set
thresholds, two peristaltic pumps, pH and ORP electrodes with BNC connector, and
two electrode-holders with DN50 clamps for direct in-line installation.
Installation
Warning! Always follow the warnings and general safety information referred to at
the beginning of this manual!
● Install the W530 unit away from heat sources, in a dry place protected from
direct sunlight at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C.
● The minimum temperature should ensure the solution to be dosed remains in
a fluid state and in no case less than that declared in the "Technical
specifications" section.
● The W530 unit must be installed on a vertical wall and securely clamped.
Choose a location that allows easy calibration operations, use, and
maintenance.
