Apple CarPlay kan worden gebruikt door een geregistreerde
smartphone aan te sluiten op het multimediasysteem. Voor
ongeregistreerde smartphones moet een andere procedure wor‐
den gevolgd.
Deze functie is in sommige landen of gebieden niet beschik‐
baar.

Using Apple CarPlay with a USB connection
Apple CarPlay can be used by connecting a smartphone to the
multimedia system using a data USB cable.

Enable Siri from your smartphone's settings menu.

Connect the smartphone to the USB port.
The Apple CarPlay home screen is displayed.

It may take around three to six seconds to return to the ori‐
ginal screen, depending on the smartphone being connected.

If an operation failed screen is displayed, follow the opera‐
tion instructions on the screen.
●
If guidance is displayed on the smartphone screen, follow
those operation instructions.
●
If the Apple CarPlay home screen is not displayed, touch
[
] > [Bluetooth & Devices] > [Manage devices], [Switch]
of Apple CarPlay in order, and select the smartphone to use.
