2. During installation and use, pay attention to the temperature sensor on the lower
right corner of the towel warmer to prevent damage. If the temperature sensor is
damaged, the towel warmer's performance may be reduced.
3. Do not cover the temperature sensor.
4. Unplug the heater if it will not be used for an extended period of time.

Customers can contact us for repair or replacement of your towel warmer within 1
year of delivery if the defects are due to defects in material, workmanship or function.
We cannot offer a warranty on the towel warmer if there are defects in the towel
warmer as a result of:
• Damage caused by failure to carry out recommended maintenance of the towel
warmer.
• Accidental damage or defects caused by careless use or maintenance, misuse,
neglect, careless operation or handling of the towel warmer that is not in
accordance with our user manual.
• Using the towel warmer for anything other than normal household use.
• Incorrect installation
• Repair or modifications carried out by any party other than a qualified electrician.

Waste processing
The crossed-out waste bin icon on electrical waste or electronic equipment
means that this equipment should not be thrown away with normal bulky
waste. You will have to dispose of the equipment at the designated
