Operation / Function
• Insert glue sticks into the heating
channel at the back.
• Rest applicator on wire stand (placing
a piece of cardboard or wood under-
neath it if necessary).
• Let glue applicator heat up for approx.
8 minutes (GM 1007-LT) or 6 minutes
(GM 1007).
• Press trigger and apply glue to one side.
• Firmly press together the materials
being glued, correcting alignment if
necessary.
• Final bonding strength is reached
after a very short time (approx. 2
minutes)!

Disposal
Electrical and electronic equipment, ac-
cessories and packaging must be recycled
in an environmentally compatible manner.
Do not dispose of electrical and
electronic equipment as domestic
waste.
• Spot gluing is recommended on long
items with large surfaces.
• Rigid foam (e.g. polystyrene) can also
be glued without a problem. Merely
remember to apply the hot glue on
the base surface and not on the
polystyrene. (GM 1007)
• When gluing textiles or similar mate-
rials, it is recommended to apply the
hot glue in "wavy" lines.
• After use, set tool on stand
and let it cool down.
