Always disconnect the room before cleaning.
Do not flush evaporator with water as this may cause short-circuits in the electrical system.

Do not use running water or flush with water when cleaning the product.
This in particular relates to the internal refrigerationunit/evaporatorsection and the external mounted
elecrical boc containing the controller. These units contains electrical components and printboards
which can be damaged or shortcircut if exposed to water.
The room should be cleaned internally with a mild soap solution at suitable intervals and checked thoroughly
before it is put into operation again.
For the external maintenance – use stainless steel polish.
Cleansing agents containing chlorine or compounds of chlorine as well as other corrosive means,
may not be used, as they might cause corrosion to the stainless panels of the room and the evaporator
system.
