After the pressing procedure, check that the Geberit pressing
jaw is fully closed.

Push the ends of the jaw levers together and remove the
Geberit pressing jaw from the Geberit pressfitting. Check the
pressing contour.
If a press connection has not been completely pressed – in
the event of a power cut, for example – it must be pressed
again. Corrective pressing is performed in the same way as
a normal pressing operation. Depending on the state of the
preliminary pressing, there may be considerable idle stroke
before the pressing tool engages during corrective pressing.
