Assembly:
• Remove the packaging material from the base and the lamp arm.
• Place the base on a level, fi rm and suffi ciently large area.
• Put the bracket at the lower end of the lamp arm in the opening of the base.
If required, the screw located at the opening has to be unscrew slightly so that the
bracket can be inserted.
• Carefully tighten the screws; do not use force.
The screw and the special shape of the bracket prevent the light arm from
being rotated too far to the left or right, and thus prevent the LED table light
from tilting over.
• Open the luminaire head.
• Connect the round low-voltage plug from the wall plug transformer included to the
appropriate round socket on the LED table lamp.
Caution!
The LED table lamp may only be used when powered by the included wall plug
transformer. This is not a conventional wall plug transformer with fi xed and
solid output voltage but a LED converter with constant current of 350 mA.
If you connect a conventional power adapter to the LED table light, this will
lead to the immediate destruction of the lamp, loss of warranty!
Getting Started
• If you have still not assembled the LED table lamp, do this now as described in chap-
ter "Assembly".
• Place the LED table lamp only on an even, stable, and suffi ciently large surface.
Protect the surface of valuable furniture by using an appropriate underlay,
otherwise it may cause scratches or pressure marks.
• Adjust the lamp arm as desired and bring the lamp head into a horizontal position.
• Plug the wall plug transformer into an appropriate mains socket.
• Switch the LED table light on using the on/off switch located at the bottom side of
the lamp head.
• Tilt the lamp head so that your working area is optimally illuminated. You may need
to align the base accordingly so that the LED table lamp does not topple over.
The lamp head heats up when the lamp is being used. If you wish to change
the angle of the LED table lamp, touch the lamp head carefully, risk of burns!
• Switch the LED table light off if you don't use it any longer.
Maintenance and Care
• The LED table light does not require any maintenance and should never be disas-
sembled for any reason.
• Before carrying out any cleaning of the LED table lamp, the lamp must be switched
off and disconnected from the mains voltage. Disconnect the wall plug transformer
from the mains socket. After this, allow the LED table lamp to cool down suffi ciently.
• The exterior of the LED table lamp should only be wiped with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions that could damage the
housing (discolouring) or impair operation.
Do not press too hard on the surfaces, as scratches might appear.
Dust can easily be removed using a clean, soft brush and a vacuum cleaner.

Total power consumption:
• The product is only to be used in closed, dry indoor locations. The product
must not get damp or wet! There is a risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room
to a warm one. The condensation that forms might damage your unit. The
wall plug transformer also poses a risk for a potentially fatal electric shock!
Allow the product to reach room temperature, before connecting it to the
power supply and putting it into use. This may take several hours.
• Avoid the following adverse conditions at the installation location and dur-
ing transportation:
- Damp or excess air humidity
- Extreme cold or heat, direct sunlight, proximity to heaters
- Dust or fl ammable gases, fumes or solvents
- Strong vibrations, impacts or blows,
- Strong magnetic fi elds such as those found close to machinery or loud-
speakers
• Any maintenance or repair work may only be performed by an authorised
repair shop.
• When setting up the product, ensure that the cables are neither bent nor
squeezed.
Place the cables in a way so that nobody can trip over them.
Dispose of an unserviceable product in accordance with the relevant statu-
tory regulations.

Caution!
The LED table lamp may only be used when powered by the included wall plug
transformer. This is not a conventional wall plug transformer with fi xed and
solid output voltage but a LED converter with constant current of 350 mA.
The required output voltage is set automatically and in accordance with the
LEDs.
If you connect a conventional power adapter to the LED table light, this will
lead to the immediate destruction of the lamp, loss of warranty!
