European directives require that user manuals include important precautions to prevent potential risks when using
the product. While your digital piano is a very safe product, we recommend reviewing the following precautions
before operating the instrument:
•
Do not place the power cord near heat sources such as heaters or radiators. Avoid bending or damaging
the cord, and do not place heavy objects on it.
•
Only use the voltage specified as correct for the instrument. The required voltage is indicated on the
instrument's nameplate.
•
Use only the specified power adapter. Using the wrong adapter may damage the instrument or cause
overheating.
•
Regularly check the electrical plug and remove any accumulated dirt or dust.
•
This instrument contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not open or attempt to disassemble or modify
internal components. If the instrument appears to malfunction, stop using it immediately and consult
qualified service personnel.
•
Do not expose the instrument to rain or use it near water. Avoid placing liquids (such as vases, bottles, or
glasses) on the instrument, as spills can enter the openings. If liquid such as water enters the instrument,
turn off the power immediately, unplug it, and have it inspected by qualified service personnel.
•
Never plug or unplug the instrument with wet hands.
•
Do not place flammable items such as candles on the instrument. A lit object may fall and cause a fire.
•
If any of the following issues occur, turn off the power and unplug the instrument immediately.
Contact our service team for assistance:
• The power cord or plug is frayed or damaged.
• An unusual smell or smoke is emitted.
• A foreign object has entered the instrument.
• There is a sudden loss of sound during use.
•
When unplugging the instrument, always hold the plug itself, not the cord. Pulling the cord can cause
damage. Unplug the instrument when not in use for extended periods or during thunderstorms.
•
Do not place the instrument in an unstable position where it may accidentally fall over.
•
When moving the instrument, always have two or more people carry it. Attempting to lift it alone may
cause injury or damage.
•
Disconnect all cables before moving the instrument to avoid damage or tripping hazards.
NOTE
Avoid exposing the instrument to excessive dust, vibration, or extreme temperatures (e.g., direct sunlight, near
heaters, or in a car during the day). This can cause panel warping, internal component damage, or unstable
operation. (Recommended operating temperature range: 5°C - 40°C). Do not place vinyl, plastic, or rubber items on
the instrument, as they may discolor the panel or keyboard. During sudden changes in temperature or humidity,
condensation may occur, causing water to collect on the instrument's surface. Wipe off any water immediately with
a soft cloth to prevent damage to wooden parts.
