Operation settings
We recommend using the switch setting P.
The right degree of chopping/mincing (from
coarse to fi ne) for meat, onions, dried fruit,
celery, fi sh etc. is normally achieved after
15-30 seconds.
Puréeing
The bowl can be fi lled with a maximum of
1 litre of cold liquid (e.g. soup). Ensure,
however, that the temperature is not above
80 °C.
∙ Always start processing at speed level I;
increase to level II if necessary.
Kneading
∙ Fit the drive shaft to the drive unit.
∙ Attach the bowl with the handle to the
right and turn it clockwise to lock until
the lock symbol and triangular mark are
aligned.
∙ Fit the drive shaft extension to the drive
shaft.
∙ Fit the kneading insert to the drive shaft
extension so that the insert almost
touches the bottom of the bowl.
∙ Put the lid on the bowl and turn it
clockwise until it locks into place.
∙ For safety reasons, use the appropriate
pestle at all times when feeding the
ingredients down the food chute. During
operation, the pestle should remain
inserted.
Note:
∙ Put the ingredients into the bowl. For
700 g of dough, about 400 g of fl our and
290 ml of water are needed.
∙ When making dough, the appliance
should not run for more than 60 seconds
