Please read the user manual thoroughly before using the appliance for the first time.
Thank you for purchasing the Promed 625 manicure and pedicure unit. This device was
specially designed and produced to guarantee a high-quality treatment and may be used by
private persons after they have read these instructions. This unit is only suitable for use with
manicures and gentle pedicures (e.g., removal of thickened skin and calluses, cuticle care, nail
care, treatment of thickened nails, etc.). We, as the manufacturer, cannot be made liable in
any way for injury or damages to people or objects that arise from failure to comply with this
warning. The unit is also suitable for use in the area of nail techniques and nail design as well
as the handling of all materials used in this area such as gel and acrylic.
We wish you a lot of enjoyment with your new Promed 625 unit. We would like to familiarize
you with the unit in the following sections. Please read the user manual thoroughly before using
the unit for the first time.
Note:
Please maintain a distance of 2 - 3 mm between the tip of the hand piece and the abrasive wheel.
2-3 mm
The rotational speed must be reduced to zero before changing the abrasive wheel.
The device switches itself off in the event of non-compliance (SAFETY STOP).
Changing the abrasive wheel
1. Turn the rotary mechanism (J) to the left. This must click / engage clearly. The collet chuck
opens.
2. The abrasive wheel can be changed.
3. Afterwards, turn the clamping device (J) to the right. It must audibly click / snap
into place two (2) times. The collet closes and thereby secures the abrasive wheel. Start
the device again for operation.
