Placement
The range of the units depends on the surroundings and how the units
are positioned in relation to each other. If you have trouble getting contact
between units, try moving them to different locations.
Do not place the sensor or main units at floor level as this will reduce the
effective range of the unit.
Indicator lamp colors
The indicator lamps on the main unit have different colors for easier
identification at a distance.
Function selector
Make sure that the function selector on the sensor unit is in the correct
position for the type of input used:
Phone line or NO/NC signal
Internal or external microphone
External microphone
The external microphone is of the resonance type and should be placed on
the source object for best function.
