To avoid damage, do not clean the appliance with a wet cloth or under running
water. Do not use scouring pads, scouring powder or solvents such as alcohol or
petrol.

Clean the housing with a soft cloth moistened with water.
Use a different USB power supply unit with
a higher output.
Switch it off and then on again.
