Using the Moulds
To ensure the proper operation of your appliance, when filling the moulds, do not exceed the
proportions indicated.
Silicone PROflex Mould
The Cake Factory is only compatible with moulds belonging to the Tefal PROflex range,
dimensions 30 x 21 cm.
Pour into the mould
* To cook canelés or for any use of a mould taller than 4.5 cm, directly place the PROflex mould in the Cake
Factory without the support grid.
Non-stick aluminium bowl
Grease the bowl
Melting chocolate
Put chocolate in a
suitable container
To melt chocolate, use a ceramic, silicone or stainless steel mould (maximum dimensions: length
19 cm x width 19 cm x height 6 cm), compatible with oven cooking temperatures of up to 250°C.
