Tap supplies no water
Cause
Hose(s) kinked.
The main water valve is closed.
The stop valve in the kitchen
cabinet is closed.
Tap supplies no boiling water
Cause
Hose(s) kinked.
PRV is closed.
Filter not or not correctly installed.
Electronic knob not connected with
socket.
Tap supplies no warm water
Cause
Hose(s) kinked.
Boiler not functioning.
Warm water appliance not
functioning.
The water from the tap is not boiling
Cause
The plug of the boiler has not been
inserted into a wall plug socket.
The wall plug socket has no power
supply.
The boiler is OFF (standby mode).
The boiler has not heated up
completely.
The boiler is defective.
Remedy
Inspect the hose(s) and straighten the kinked hose(s).
Open the main water valve.
Open the stop valve.
Remedy
Inspect the hose(s) and straighten the kinked hose(s).
Open by turning the knob.
Ensure filter is locked in. Turn out and turn back again.
Ensure electrical connections are connected.
Remedy
Inspect the hose(s) and straighten the kinked hose(s).
See table "The water from the tap is not boiling".
Consult the manual of your warm water appliance, warm water
support or Bypass.
Remedy
Insert the plug into an earthed wall plug socket.
Check the electricity supply.
The electricity circuit has failed due to an excessive load. The
boiler cannot be connected to the same electricity circuit as a
dishwasher. Franke suggest the Power combiswitch 112.0561.116.
Switch the boiler ON.
Wait until the boiler has heated up.
