De elektronische kaart is een hulpmiddel bij de navigatie met als doel het gebruik van geautoriseerde overheidskaarten te
vergemakkelijken, niet om deze te vervangen. Alleen officiële overheidskaarten en kennisgevingen aan zeelieden bevatten alle informatie die nodig
is voor veilig navigeren en zoals altijd, de kapitein is verantwoordelijk voor het verstandig gebruik ervan.
Erkenning van mededelingen van derden en copyright licenties: Dit product kan mogelijk kaartgegevens bevatten bevatten

Deze Navionics elektronische waterkaart bevat gegevens, die is © "Commonwealth of Australia ("Great Barrier Reef Marine Park auto
riteit")" 2009. De gegevens zijn gebruikt in deze Navionics elektronische waterkaart met de toestemming van het Commonwealth. Zij
hebben de gegevens niet gecontroleerd op wijzigingen wanneer opgenomen in deze Navionics elektronische waterkaart, en daarom
geven zij geen enkele garantie omtrent de juistheid, de volledigheid, de actuele status of de geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel.
Dit product is geproduceerd door Navionics S.p.A. gebaseerd op CHS, Canadian Hydrographic Service (Canadese hydrografische
dienst)" gegevens, op basis van de minimale normen/richtlijnen, die mogelijk zijn ingevoerd door CHS, uit hoofde van de CHS digitale
Value-Added Reseller overeenkomst nr. 2012-0605-1260-N. Het opnemen van gegevens afkomstig van de CHS in dit product mag
niet worden opgevat als een goedkeuring van dit product door CHS. Dit product voldoet niet aan de eisen van de Charts and Nautical
publications Regulations onder de Canada Shipping Act, 2001. Officieel gecertificeerde waterkaarten en
publicaties, gecorrigeerd en bijgewerkt, moeten worden gebruikt om te voldoen aan de vereisten van deze verordeningen.
Alle bovenstaande bedrijven, instellingen en hydrografische kantoren hebben
het product niet hebt gecontroleerd en aanvaarden geen aansprakelijkheid voor de nauwkeurigheid van de kaarten.
