defrost it, clean it, dry it, and leave
the door open to prevent mold from

been used for 48 hours.

Any other use is improper, among
other things, it must not be used:
- in kitchen areas reserved for staff
in shops, offices and other
professional environments;
- in farms, guest houses, bed and
breakfasts;
- by guests in hotels, motels and
residential environments
- in catering and similar
applications.
