IMPORTANT
Tighten the screws gradually by turns.
CONNECTING THROTTLE WIRE
1. Remove the air cleaner cover.
2. Connect the end of the throttle wire to the joint on the
top of the carburetor.

1. Connect throttle wire with carburetor. Insert the cable
to the end of adjuster fix the throttle cable by tighten-
ing M3 screw. (Tightening torque: 0.4 ~ 0.8 N.m.)
2. Make sure the 'STOPPER-PLATE' of carburetor moves
to contact with 'IDLING ADJUST SCREW' and the
'SWING-ARM' of carburetor moves to contact with
'FULL ON STOPPER' by gripping throttle lever.
CONNECTING SWITCH WIRES
• Connect the switch wires between the engine and the
main unit. Pair the wires of the same color.
NOTE
Position
• The recommanded position of the handle and suspen-
point is marked below. However you may also adjust
the postion to make sure it is comfortable for you.

1. Install the 4 outer hex nuts (No. 1) on the lower
handle (No. 2)
2. Install the lower handle with the outer hex nuts on
the rubber shock absorber of the main tube (No. 4),
and then adjust the position so that the locking pin
on the lower handle fits into the hole on the main
tube (No. 3). There are 3 adjustment pin holes on
the main tube, which can be selected according
to the comfort of the hand (the dotted line in the
picture)
3. Fit the upper handle (No. 5) and the lower handle
together, and tighten them with 4 socket head cap
screws (No. 6) to fix the handle assembly on the
main tube.
CONNECTINHG THE SHAFT
C
To connect the working shaft to the main shaft,
Loose the turning nut(A) and press
button(B).
Insert the working shaft into the connector and
release the "Push" button(B),make sure the
" Push" button locks the hole (C) on the working
shaft.
Secure the turning nut(A).
