Please read this instruction manual before operating the product to familiarise yourself
with its functions and use it as intended. Failure to follow the safety instructions and use
not in accordance with the instructions may result in damage to your health. Keep this

This device is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it. Keep the device out of
the reach of children and pets.

Check the device regularly for damage. Do not use a damaged device. Do not attempt
to repair or modify the device yourself – contact the manufacturer's authorised
service centre. Do not undertake disassembly of the thermometer as this may cause
irreparable damage to the device.
3.
Do not undertake service or maintenance while the device is in operation.

The device is intended for home use.

The patient is the operator of the device.

The device sensor is a type BF application part.

The device may only be used for temperature measurement. Do not use it for any
other purpose incompatible with its intended use.

The use of this thermometer is only intended to provide information on body
temperature and should not be used for self-diagnosis or treatment of diseases.
Temperature readings should be considered informative.
9.
If you experience any discomfort, stop using the device immediately and consult
your doctor.
10. Stop using the device if its components are damaged or accidentally immersed in water.
11. Use only spare parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
12. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
13. Do not use the device in high temperatures, near a heating device or over an open
flame.
14. Do not subject the device to high shocks or strong vibrations.
15. Do not use microwave ovens to dry or disinfect the device due to the risk of fire.
16. Do not store the device in a humid, dusty environment or exposed to sunlight.
17. Do not use the device if it has been dropped, exposed to high levels of moisture, or
submerged in water. Contact the manufacturer's authorised service centre.
18. Do not expose the device and accessories to corrosive liquids or gases.
19. Contact an authorised manufacturer's representative if you have any doubts about
commissioning, use or maintenance of the device, or if the device malfunctions.
20. Avoid taking temperature measurements immediately after physical activity or in
a state of increased emotional arousal. It is recommended to wait about twenty
minutes for the body to return to a resting state to ensure the accuracy of the reading.
21. Clean the probe after each use.
22. Do not take the measurement in an environment with a temperature higher than
40°C (104°F) or lower than 10°C (50°F). After moving from the storage environment
to the measurement environment, wait approximately 30 minutes before measuring.
23. The use of mobile phones or other RF wireless communication devices during
measurement may affect the accuracy of the infrared thermometer. Avoid using
such devices during the measurement process.
24. The device must not be used in the presence of a mixture of flammable anaesthetic
gases with air or nitrous oxide or nitrous oxide.
25. Expected service life: 5 years.
