Close the door. The selected programme starts automatically after the door is closed and the timer starts to run.
If the door is opened during the programme, the timer pauses. PAUSE appears on the display.
If the door is closed again, the programme continues to run.
The time can be adjusted during the programme: Press the „Time" button and adjust the time using
the selector button.
A signal tone sounds at the end of the programme. „End" appears on the display.
Expert mode
Touch and press this symbol to select expert mode.
Press the button again, expert mode is cancelled and the product switches back to single mode.
You can select the desired pizza programme for expert mode by turning the select button.
As soon as expert mode is selected, the baking time for „Wood-fired pizza / Frozen pizza / Thick pizza / Thin pizza"
changes to 30 minutes.
The temperature cannot be changed in the programmes.
The product operates at a high temperature and pizzas can be baked continuously for 30 minutes. It is recommended
to add a new pizza 2 minutes after the last pizza has been cooked. It is advantageous to keep the heat on the surface of
the pizza stone constant.
The user must check the baking status of the pizza during baking to recognise whether the pizza is ready or not.
