Application Standard programmes (except steak programme):
NOTE:
To achieve a good result, it is better to preheat the oven to 160 °C for 5 minutes without accessories. Use the
„Manual" programme for this.
Place the food on the accessory and put it in the oven.
„
Turn the select button to the desired programme, the display shows the „Add food" symbol.
„
If you want to change the cooking time/temperature, press the „Time"/"Temp." button and turn the select
„
button to adjust.
Press the select button to activate the function.
„
The display indicates that the cooking process is starting.
„
If the door is opened during the programme, the timer pauses. „Pause" appears on the display.
„
If the door is closed again, the programme continues to run.
„
As soon as the Programme is finished, a signal tone sounds and the word „End" appears on the display.
„
Pull the accessories out of the oven and remove the food.
„
Then turn the select button to return to the function list or press the „Reset" button to switch to standby mode.
„
NOTE:
The temperature in the warm-up programme is fixed and cannot be changed.
Once the toasting programme has started, the temperature can no longer be adjusted until the reset
function is cancelled.
Steak programme application:
The steak programmes work in 2 stages:
„
1. Preheating the accessories
2. preparing food at high temperatures
Follow the instructions on the control panel symbols step by step during operation.

Place the required accessories (grill plate on grid) in the pizza oven.
„
Turn the select button to the steak programme.
„
To set the desired cooking time, press the „Time" button and turn the select button to adjust, press the select
„
button again to confirm.
