Recommended cooking time (depending
on the thickness of the meat)
Preheating starts automatically. No food may be placed in the pizza oven at this stage.
„
Once preheating is complete, short beeps sound and „FILL in/Open" appears on the display.

The preheat symbol goes out.
„
Open door, pull out accessories with oven glove or handle for wire shelf.
„
Place food on the accessories.
„
Push the accessories with food back into the cooking space.
„
Close the door. The selected programme starts automatically after the door is closed and the timer starts to run.
„
An acoustic signal sounds after 50 seconds. Open the door and, using an oven glove or the handle for the wire
„
shelf, pull out the wire shelf and turn the food.
Then slide the wire shelf back into the pizza oven and close the door to continue cooking.

Turning ensures an even result and the grill pattern on both sides. The process must be carried out quickly so that
„
the oven temperature inside remains high.
If the door is opened during the programme, the timer pauses. „Pause" appears on the display.

If the door is closed again, the programme continues to run.
„
The time can be adjusted during the programme: Press the „Time" button and adjust the time using
„
the selector button.
A signal tone sounds at the end of the programme. „End" appears on the display.

Turn the select button to choose a cooking function or to adjust the
time and temperature.
Select button
For one mode:
- Pressing the select button once starts the selected programme.
- Press the select button a second time to pause the programme.
Press the light button to switch the interior lighting of the oven on
Light
and off. NOTE: The lighting switches off automatically after 30
seconds.
Pressing this button switches the appliance to standby mode and

displays "00:00". Turn the select button to return to the function
list.
Press the Time button and then adjust the temperature by turning
Time
the select button.
Press the Temp button and then set the temperature by turning
the selector button. If you are using the toasting programme, the
Temperature
selector button is used to set the degree of browning rather than
the temperature.
