Kwartaalinspecties
De kwartaalinspectiepunten omvatten dezelfde controles als de dagelijkse (zie het hoofdstuk

Doelstelling
Controleer de totale toestand en de smering van de ketting.
Controleer de werking van de activator van de eindschakelaar. Controleer
de werking van de bovenste en onderste mechanische eindschakelaars
door de haak op te hijsen en neer te laten.
Controleer de werking van de slipkoppeling. Gebruik het ChainQ-
gereedschap of zie de instructies in hoofdstuk "De slipkoppeling afstellen".
Doelstelling
Controleer het onderdeel van de ophanging op kerven, butsen, vervorming
of slijtage.
Objective
Check the condition of the fixing of
the covers.
Measure the wear of the chain (if the
hoist is in continuous use, check the
wear of the chain more frequently).
Check the condition of the rubber
pad in the idle end of the chain
(inside the chain bag).
Check the condition and readability
of the warning and other stickers.
Check the readability of the
instructions. Check the validity of the
log book.
