upside down and empty the tank completely. Screw the tank cap on (IV).
Caution! The cap has a safety device which prevents it from unscrewing if the pressure of the steam inside the tank is too high.
Unscrewing the cap too fast can result in the release of hot steam or even water which can lead to severe burns.
Switching the device on and off
After installing the nozzle and fi lling the tank with water, place the device on a level, fi rm and stable surface, and then put the
product's plug into the mains socket. The lamp on the base of the product will light up. This means that the process of heating up
water stored in the tank has begun. After the lamp goes out, the product is ready for use.
The switch has a lock to prevent accidental switching on. The lock should be moved with the thumb towards the steam outlet. Then
press and hold the switch. Steam will begin to escape from the outlet. The deeper the switch is pressed, the more intense the steam jet.
Warning! Make sure that body parts are not near the steam outlet. Hot steam can cause severe burns.
The device is equipped with a thermostat which automatically starts heating water if the water temperature drops below the level
necessary to achieve the rated capacity. Each time the water heating begins, the lamp lights up.
Releasing the pressure on the switch stops the steam fl ow. Then place the device on a level, fi rm and stable surface and unplug
the power cord from the socket. Allow the unit to cool completely and then empty the water tank.
Water quality
The tank can only be fi lled with clean, cold water. If the running water is hard, in case of lack of knowledge contact your local water
supplier, use tap water and demineralised water mixture or only demineralised water. Heating hard water causes scale build-up,
which can lead to a decrease in capacity or even a complete clogging of the device.
Due to the use of brass parts, no descaling agents can be used in the tank and nozzles.
Device operation
Keep the nozzle outlet close to the surface to be cleaned. Steam deposited on the surface to be cleaned should be rubbed off
before it evaporates on its own. This can be done with the puller pad, cloth pad or with a cloth or paper towel.
Repeat cleaning in the case of dirt which is harder to remove.
Caution! Do not use the device to clean windows at low temperatures. Cold glass can break when it comes in contact with hot steam.
Do not steam clean surfaces which cannot be wet cleaned.
During operation, the amount of water in the tank must be constantly monitored. If the capacity of the device decreases, it can
mean that the water in the tank has to be replenished. Do not allow an empty water tank to be heated. This can lead damage to
the device, or result in an electric shock or fi re.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
After use, disconnect the product from the power supply by pulling out the power cord plug and wait until the water in the tank has cooled
down completely. Then unscrew the tank cap and empty the tank completely by turning the device upside down. Then leave the device
with the tank open until the remaining water from the tank has been completely dried. After drying the tank, screw the cap back on.
The cloth pads will be damp after use, remove them and leave to dry. Pads can be washed in mechanical washing machines at
temperatures up to 60 degrees C. Do not dry mechanically and do not iron.
Clean the housing of the unit with a slightly damp cloth, then dry or leave to dry. Never immerse the device housing in water or
other liquids. Do not use alcohol, solvents, corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning.
Do not use sharp objects for unclog the nozzles. Clogged nozzles must be replaced with new nozzles before further use.
Store the product in dry, shaded and well ventilated places. The place of storage should protect the device from access by unau-
thorised persons, especially children. It is recommended to store the product in the packaging it was delivered in.
