Adjustment Air pressure switch
Connect a pressure gauge to the indi-
cated measuring points on the APS (1).
Start the boiler at service mode for mi-
nimum load operation (W1). Measure
the pressure differential across the
switch. The differential should be 0.4
mbar. If the differential is higher than
0.4 mbar, parameter P17 should be
lowered until the differential is 0.4
mbar. Turn the dial on the APS until the
boiler goes to lockout. Set P17 back to
its original setting!! Restart the boiler
and check if the APS contact closes at
0.4 mbar (indicator at DW in display of
the boiler controller (3). If required, re-
peat the above procedure.
