3. OPERATION
Tip: for best results, wait at least 30 minutes between roasting processes.
The remaining roasting time (from "00:00" to "15:00") is shown at the top of the display. When
setting the time, you can increase or decrease the seconds by 10 seconds using the time setting
knob. However, when the appliance is roasting, the countdown will count down second by
second.

Power on: when the appliance is off, press this button to switch it on.

Activating the cooling function: if you press this button again when the roaster is in
operation, the cooling function will be activated.

Switch off: during the cooling function, press and hold this button for 3 seconds.
With the cooling function deactivated, press the button once briefly to switch it off.
Time setting knob/Start button:

Time setting: you can select the roasting time by turning this knob. The time range is
from 0 to 15 minutes. Each time you turn the knob, the time will increase or decrease
by 10 seconds.

Start roasting: when you want the roaster to start, press this knob.
Roasting level adjustment knob/Automatic roasting function button:

Setting the roasting level: turn this knob to increase or decrease the roasting level
by one level.

Automatic roasting: if you press this knob, the automatic roasting function starts
operating.
This appliance is designed to roast approximately 100 gr of green coffee beans, which is

Manual roasting
1. Press the power button to turn the appliance on. By default, when the display is turned
on, "08:00" will be shown on the roasting time display, indicating that the preset time is 8
