activate the manual roasting function, press this knob. This setting can be changed after
the roasting process has started.
4. At this point, the countdown will start. The display will show the corresponding roasting
level and the fan power level display will show "8", indicating that the fan is operating at
maximum power.
5. During the roasting process, you can change the time setting by turning the corresponding
knob. The selected roasting level and fan power setting will be shown on the display.
6. Pressing the power button while the appliance is roasting will activate the cooling function.
At this point, the display will show "06:00" and the countdown will begin. The roasting level

If you want to switch off the appliance while this function is enabled, press and hold the
power button for 3 seconds.

Automatic roasting function

Operating instructions

as shown in figure 5.
