Tips: allow the coffee beans to cool for at least 3 hours before grinding.

Recommendations:

If the coffee beans do not roast evenly, increase or decrease the fan power level.

Do not unplug the appliance from the mains while it is in operation. When the coffee beans

have reached the desired roasting level, activate the cooling mode.

Before using the appliance, clean the skin container and the cover.

The cooling time can be adjusted, but it is not recommended to finish the process

prematurely.

To switch off the appliance while it is roasting (the sun symbol will be lit on the display),

press the power button once, until the cooling process starts. Then, press the power button

again for 3 seconds to switch off the appliance. It is recommended to let the appliance cool

down for at least 1 minute before switching it off.

WARNINGS:

Do not over-roast the coffee beans, otherwise smoke may be emanated. If this happens,

activate the cooling function. Do not switch off or unplug the appliance.

While the appliance is in operation, do not touch the roasting container, otherwise you may

burn yourself.

Do not switch off the appliance while the roasting process is in progress.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Note: make sure that the appliance is completely switched off and has cooled down before

starting cleaning and/or maintenance.

Skin container

1. Remove the skin container and empty it into a rubbish bin.

2. Use a soft bristle brush to remove any remaining skin that may be adhering.

3. Wipe the container with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent, then rinse it well.

4. Dry the container completely before replacing it.

Roasting container

1. Use a brush to remove coffee residues and oils accumulated on the inside.

2. Clean the inside with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid immersing the container in

water.

3. Rinse the container thoroughly with clean water and make sure it is completely dry before

the next use.

Base maintenance

1. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to clean the base. Avoid abrasive products that may

damage the surface.
